Creditor Entry Instructions
- Please enter your info first, then list your creditors or debt collectors below.Note, submissions that do not have addresses, names, or account information will not result in any letter being sent. Our letters do not work without a working account, reference or file number. If you do not enter this information or write "unknown", a letter will not be sent.
- Please do not submit lawsuit or judgment data using this form. Please email, text, or fax the pages showing the plaintiff's name, attorney, and contact information to our office. Our attorneys need this information to communicate with the attorneys for plaintiff.
- Please enter one entry per account number.
- When entering a debt collector, use their company name and current account/reference ID only. Providing a debt collector's information with the original creditor's account number will not result in a letter that will stop contact. Do not include original creditor details.
- The laws we use do not apply to governmental debts. Please do not submit any debt you owe to a city, county, state or the federal government.
- Do not submit secured debts, including title loans for vehicles in your possession.
- The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act does not apply to U.S. Tribes. If you took a loan from a company owned by a tribal entity (very common for loans taken out at and near casinos), we cannot stop debt collection contact for this loan.
- U.S. Law only applies to U.S. companies. If you owe a debt to a company in another country, we cannot stop this company from contacting you.
- The FDCPA does not apply to solar providers (e.g., Tesla, GoodLeap, SunRun). We cannot stop contact from these companies.

- Please do not submit debts owed by a business. The laws we use do not apply to debts incurred by businesses.
- To avoid interrupted care, please do not submit bills from your primary or ongoing medical provider.
- If you have multiple accounts with a creditor, please be advised that submitting one account will very likely result in every account you have with the creditor being closed.
